Where can I park?
There is street and meter parking, as well as neighborhood parking during the weekdays. On Saturday's you can park in the parking lot directly across from our store.
*DO NOT PARK IN RESTAURANT PARKING LOT. YOU WILL BE TOWED!*
Do you clean and repair hats?
YES! We not only sell hats, but we also clean, block, and steam them. Prices start at $42.50 and take 7 days (unless specified) for full treatment. Available for pickup on Saturday's.
Is Layaway available?
YES! We offer a convenient layaway payment plan .
Are you Metro accessible?
YES! We are located on the Metro Rail Red line - Silver Spring Metro stop. The 70, 79 and S9 Metro Bus stop right in front of our building.
If you are coming from DC, get off the Metro Bus on Georgia Ave/Eastern Ave.
Do you special order or design hats?
YES! We can order a specific hat from a certain designer (color, size..) given appropriate time and season.
If you want the hat personally customized, each hat is unique regarding price and time of completion.
If you are interested in a customized designed hat, please call our store at (301).565.5000.
We also do Private Showings by appointment!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, hats are not refundable. However, we do offer the option of exchange for store credit.
